When do I receive my coffee?

We roast and ship each month's coffee on the second Tuesday of each month. Your coffee will normally arrive in the third week of each month (around the 20th).

 

When am I charged for my subscription?

You are charged when you sign up, and when your plan is set to automatically renew, until you decide to cancel.

 

How much coffee do I get each month?

Each month's shipment includes a 12oz bag of whole-bean, freshly roasted coffee.

 

What kind of coffee will I receive?

We always ship whole-bean, freshly roasted coffee. We roast our coffees light to medium to best reveal each coffee's unique and complex taste profile.

 

Where is my coffee roasted?

We roast each month's coffee in Indianapolis, Indiana on a 12 kilo Probat roaster. We always roast on the second Tuesday of each month and ship directly after.

 

What countries do you ship to?

Currently we ship only to the United States. We are looking into adding support for additional countries.

 

How can I make changes to my account?

You can pause, cancel and make changes to your account by logging into the Quest Coffee Club storefront powered by Plasso.
